Strict regulatory requirements (GDPR, banking supervision), sensitive corporate knowledge, no use of external public-cloud AI allowed. The goal was productive use of AI without loss of control or data.

Conception and implementation of a fully self-hosted AI architecture
Build-up of a RAG system for internal knowledge (documents, policies, domain processes)
Development of several AI agents for research, summarisation and decision support

The strategic-operational planning team wanted to understand AI in practical terms and learn concrete use cases for research, minutes, reports and internal knowledge work.

Outcome

The team gained immediately usable AI workflows and a sound basis for deciding on possible next steps. The concept for an internal knowledge AI was advised on, but not implemented.
