Content

From AI fundamentals to concrete workflows.

The workshop combines orientation with practical application. The content is tailored to your team but stays deliberately down to earth: what really helps in everyday work, what is risky and what is better prepared in a structured way?

  • AI in everyday office work

Prepare emails, texts, appointments, summaries and internal communication faster, without giving up quality and tone.

  • Research & analysis

Evaluate reports, PDFs, studies or web sources in a structured way and condense the relevant statements for decisions.

  • Meeting notes & documentation

Turn notes, transcripts or meeting materials into usable minutes with tasks, responsibilities and open points.

  • Automation & agents

Think of recurring tasks such as press reviews, trend monitoring or data research as controlled AI workflows.

  • ChatGPT, Copilot & CustomGPTs

Assess different tools realistically: when a chatbot is enough, when a CustomGPT helps and when an agent makes more sense.

  • Data protection & responsibility

Use AI safely: sensitive data, source criticism, hallucinations, roles, approvals and traceable ways of working.

Process

Proven as a two-part AI workshop.

A format with two sessions works well as a starting point. If needed, the workshop can be shorter, more intensive or tailored more strongly to individual departments.

Part 1approx. 3 hours

Fundamentals and immediately usable office workflows

  • Compact introduction to generative AI and typical limits of use
  • Hands-on practice with Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT for everyday office tasks
  • Prompt engineering: clear tasks, context, roles and quality criteria
  • Exercises on research, text work, meeting minutes and summaries
  • Responsible handling of AI results and sensitive information
Part 2approx. 3 hours

Deep dive with your own use cases

  • Deeper work on research, minutes and analysis workflows
  • Classifying CustomGPTs, knowledge assistants and AI agents
  • Joint discussion of concrete use cases from your department or team
  • Ideas for reusable templates, prompts and automations
  • Open Q&A and the next sensible steps for everyday work
Outcome

Afterwards, AI should no longer be an experiment, but a tool with clear rules.

The goal is not tool enthusiasm, but capability: your team should know how AI can be used sensibly, safely and traceably in its own work context.

  • Your employees understand what AI is useful for in everyday office work and where its limits lie.
  • The team can write better prompts and assess results more critically.
  • Concrete workflows for research, minutes, texts and analysis are practised hands-on.
  • Data protection, source checking and responsible use are not left out.
  • You receive a realistic assessment of which AI applications are sensible for your organisation next.
