Is this GDPR-compliant?
Yes - that is the starting point, not an afterthought. Depending on the setup, your data stays in the EU or in-house. Personal or confidential data no longer has to touch US clouds.
Does my data really stay in the EU?
Yes. Depending on the chosen operating model, hosting takes place in an EU data centre or directly on your own infrastructure. You determine the location.
Does the EU AI Act even apply to me?
As soon as your team uses AI in everyday work - even just ChatGPT - transparency and literacy obligations apply. The sovereignty check creates the necessary overview and provides the inventory documentation along with it. This does not replace legal advice.
What happens to the tools we already use?
We don’t blindly throw anything away. In the check we assess what stays, what gets replaced and what gets secured.
What does the introduction cost?

On-premise or your own cloud - which is better?
For most mid-sized companies, EU self-hosting is the best compromise of sovereignty, time-to-value and cost. Fully on-premise pays off when protection needs are particularly high. We clarify this in the check.
