A practical decision and implementation workshop for management, IT and business teams: prioritise relevant use cases, clarify data and risk, and define a pilot that can realistically be implemented.
The workshop combines orientation with concrete decision work. We look not only at what AI can do, but which tasks are valuable enough for a pilot, which data and systems are involved and which risks need to be resolved before implementation.
Collect concrete tasks from everyday work and assess whether AI solves a relevant bottleneck or merely adds another tool to the process.
Clarify which documents, systems, data sources and access rights a use case needs – and whether the data is realistically available and current.
Define real test cases and success criteria: what the pilot must do reliably, which failures are critical and what counts as good enough.
Decide where AI belongs in existing processes, applications and approvals, and when an assistant, workflow or agent is actually appropriate.
Assess ChatGPT, Copilot, RAG, agents, APIs and local or hosted models only after the use case is clear – not the other way around.
Use AI safely: sensitive data, source criticism, hallucinations, roles, approvals and traceable ways of working.
A format with two sessions works well as a starting point. If needed, the workshop can be shorter, more intensive or tailored more strongly to individual departments.
